No personal data is collected

ScreenMinus has no account system, no server, no analytics or advertising SDK and makes no network requests. It does not collect, upload or share any personal information.

Data stored on your device

ScreenMinus stores the Screen Time selection tokens you choose, estimated usage checkpoints, daily scores and your preferences in the app's shared container on this device. The app, its monitor extension and its widget use that container. Whether this data is included in iCloud or computer backups is controlled by your iOS backup settings.

System permissions

Screen Time access is used only to monitor the scope you explicitly select; ScreenMinus cannot read the content of any app. Notification permission is optional and used only for score alerts. Photo-library access is requested only when you choose to save a shared card. When you use the system share sheet, the destination you choose receives the card image and handles it under its own policy.

Retention and deletion

Local records are pruned automatically around a 30-day window (clock changes or long inactivity can affect the interval). You can revoke Screen Time and notification access in iOS Settings at any time. Deleting the app removes all local data; copies in system backups follow your backup settings.

Children

ScreenMinus is a self-monitoring tool for adults. It is not a parental-control or device-management product and is not designed for children.
